How to read these statuses

“Integration” can mean many things. A CSV parser, a webhook listener, an email flow and a native API are not the same integration — so FilFlo names the mode on every card. “Live” means the workflow runs in production today. “Implementation pattern” means there is no off-the-shelf connector: we scope the connection against your architecture, with our Dynamics 365 integration as the reference proof. “On dedicated brand instances” means the connection is implemented and operated by FilFlo on a brand's own instance — scoped to that brand's channels and tools rather than shipped as a one-size-fits-all connector.

Building your own? FilFlo also exposes a public API and order webhooks for customers and partners.

Dedicated brand instances

Your own instance, your own connections.

FilFlo doesn't only run on the shared cloud at app.filflo.in — brands run on dedicated instances of their own, at their own subdomain (yourbrand.filflo.in), with workspace isolation by design. On a dedicated instance, FilFlo implements and operates the connections that brand needs — marketplace and storefront order flows, logistics and courier tools, accounting and BI — alongside the core workflows named above. Demand from every channel feeds one forecast and draws on one stock pool.
